Accommodation at Highbury

Highbury Nursing Home is a purpose-built home for 38 service users situated in Moseley, Birmingham. Divided over three floors, our accommodation includes:

  • 15 ensuite rooms
  • 15 single rooms
  • 4 shared rooms

All bedrooms are furnished with a washbasin, nurse call system, telephone point, and TV aerial. Residents are welcome to decorate their rooms with their own furniture, pictures, and ornaments.

We have a large lounge with views onto the garden and a separate smaller lounge area, providing space for social interaction, engaging in activities, and relaxing.

Dining Room

Our chefs provide delicious, fresh, and nutritious meals in our comfortable dining room. Residents are also welcome to enjoy meals in their bedroom.


Our peaceful and secure garden includes a large patio area with seating. Residents can also enjoy planting flowers using our raised beds and helping us raise our chicks.


Personal laundry is dealt with on the premises at no extra cost. All clothing must be labelled with residents' names, we suggest sewn in with embroidery labels.


Our home is wheelchair accessible with step-free access. Mobility aids include electric hoists, stand-aids, and a lift to all floors.

Nursing Station & Treatment Room

Our expert nursing staff are on hands 24-hours a day to provide for residents' needs. We prioritise dignity, respect, and privacy in our care provision.


Moseley, Birmingham

Moseley is situated two miles from the city centre and in close proximity to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

There are several lovely pubs and restaurants within a short distance from the home. Residents also enjoy trips out to local parks and shopping centres. For outings, we use Ring & Ride services which are wheelchair accessible.
